How soon will I receive my item?
Our editions are shipped via standard delivery (3-4 days) within one working day. Please contact us, if you need your item sooner, as we can arrange for express delivery.
For a custom item, please allow around 3-4 weeks for your item to be shipped.
What are the fabrics choices you offer?
We offer two types of fabrics; Silk Habotai and Silk Georgette.

What size do the scarves come in?
The scarves measure at 120x120cm, and if you require, custom sizes are available upon request.
How do I care for my new silk item?
As the scarves are made from 100% Silk, we would recommend they are dry cleaned only.
Where are the scarves produced?
The scarves are produced here in the UK, by the Silk Bureau

How much will it cost to ship the item?
Shipping within the UK (including NI) is Free. Within Europe, the cost is £15.00 and international shipping comes to £20.00.
What countries are you offering shipping to?
We ship our products worldwide.
I would like to purchase an item as a gift, do you offer gift wrapping?
Each scarf is individually wrapped in a box and is already presented beautifully. If you wish to send it as a gift directly from us, we are happy to enclose a greeting card printed with one of our beautiful patterns with your personal note. Please enter your message in the dedicated field at check out.
How do I create my own custom design?
Create your own unique pattern with our customisation tool, found under the ‘create’ tab. To begin, simply select a product from the selection. Currently we offer either a Silk Habotai or Silk Georgette scarf.
Once the webapp is loaded, you will see three tabs: ‘Texture’, ‘Colour’ and ‘Pause’.
Use the sliders under the Texture tab to adjust the fluidity, frequency, intricacy and scale of the algorithm. You will see the pattern changing as you make adjustments to the sliders, so keep going until you see a pattern you are happy with.
Next click on the ‘Colour’ tab. You will see a colour bar with plus and minus buttons on the top bar. The pattern comes with two colours as minimum, however you can introduce up to 5 more colours by clicking on the plus button. If you would like to revert back to two colours, just click the minus button.
You can toggle between 2 different views of the pattern. The digital file and a mock up on a model. You can access these different views by clicking the arrows on the image. Once you are happy with the pattern and colours, click ‘Add to cart’ and that’s it!
I’m not satisfied with my product, what are my options?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. If you have bought a product from the ready to buy collection (ie. Colour Field, Serpentine or Waving at Machines), we can offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please have a look at our Refunds Policy for full details. Unfortunately, any scarves created using the Generative Scarves app are excluded from this policy.
